1. Applicability
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on SSEduSpace (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Website”) of:
downloadable e-books (for example: exam preparation materials for TNPSC, bank exams, railway exams)
access to online courses (self-paced, recorded or live)
together “Products”.
By placing an order you accept this policy.
2. Digital Nature of Products
Since our Products are digital in nature (downloadable e-books or online course access), once the Product is delivered (download link is enabled or course access is granted) the Product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense like physical goods.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within [X] days of purchase (or from date of access) — suggest X = 7 or 14 days.
The Product must not have been substantially consumed: e-books must not have been fully downloaded / accessed; course access must not have been fully used (i.e., not more than a specified portion, e.g., first module only).
You must provide clear reason for refund (for example: technical inability to access product, duplicate purchase, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the Product was substantially used or downloaded, or if the reason is not covered here.
4. Non-Refundable Products / Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Where more than [X] days have passed since purchase/access.
Where the e-book has been fully downloaded, or the course access completed more than the allowed portion.
Where you have simply changed your mind or decided you no longer need the Product.
Where you have purchased a course or bundle during a discounted or promotional offer which states “no refunds” (we will clearly specify if this applies).
For any supplementary services (mock tests, live doubt-sessions) once delivered / scheduled.
If the reason for refund is based solely on examination outcomes (e.g., you did not pass the exam) – we cannot guarantee success, only provide materials/training.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [sseduspace@gmail.com] (or your designated support email) within the refund eligibility timeframe, with:
Order number/transaction ID
Date of purchase
Product name
Reason for refund request
Upon receipt we will review your request. If approved, we will initiate the refund within [Y] business days (suggest Y = 7-10 business days).
Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used at purchase.
6. Cancellation/Access Withdrawal by Us
In the unlikely event we cancel or withdraw a Product (e.g., course is cancelled or removed), we will offer a full refund or an alternative course of equal value.
If you request to cancel before accessing the Product or starting the course, we will refund if within the applicable timeframe.
7. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the policy change is posted on our Website.
